How Pulexlab works


Welcome to Pulexlab! The marketplace for laboratories. Here, you can buy and sell everything related to the laboratory from the same profile. We leave the steps to follow. If you are already registered and we have verified you, you can go directly to step 2. 

Buy safely


Step 1: Register and fill in your details. We will contact you when we verify your profile.


Step 2: Use the search engine to find what you need: customise your search with the filters. Research the details, have a look at the descriptions and photos. Talk to the seller if you have any doubts.




Step 3: Buy with total comfort: We keep your information protected and follow global security standards to manage your payments. We will process your order as soon as you complete your purchase and send you an email with the locator as soon as possible.



More details: You will have 15 days to try the product and decide if it matches your expectations (in which time we, through the Stripe payment platform, will retain the money). If you are satisfied with your purchase, you can click the "Mark as completed" button within the order at any time to complete the transaction. However, once 15 days have passed since the purchase, it will be automatically completed and the seller will receive the money. In case you want to make a return, you must enter your profile and click on the "Dispute" button within the order, in this way the Pulexlab team will analyse the case of the dispute, and will contact both the buyer and the seller to achieve the most appropriate solution for all the parts. The return shipping costs will be charged to the buyer. Once the product has been returned to the seller, we will proceed to refund the money. 


Remember: Not only have you purchased more economically, you are also reusing materials and equipment, helping to promote a circular economy.


It's easy to sell:

Step 1: Register and fill in your details. We will contact you when we verify your profile.

Step 2: Click on “Post a new Ad”, select the category and fill in all the details. We will then study the quality of the ad and proceed to validate it. We verify all the products published. Once the ad has been validated, it will be available on the platform. Interested users will contact you. Remember that if the equipment weighs more than 70 kg, it must be prepared for shipment on a pallet. Click here for all of TNT's packing tips.

Step 3: When a user purchases the product, you will have 3 days to accept the transaction. We will process the order as soon as you accept the transaction. We will send you an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as the shipment is processed. The delivery company (TNT) will take one or two days to pick it up. 

More details: In case you are not receiving messages we recommend you to check the prices once a month, if you have any questions please contact the Pulexlab team. The buyer will have 15 days to test the product and decide if it meets his expectations. If you are satisfied with the purchase, you can click at any time on the "Mark as completed" button inside the order to finalize the transaction. However, once these 15 days have passed, the sale will be considered completed and the money will be paid. In case the buyer wants to make a return, we will process everything and we will contact both parties to resolve the refund.

 Remember: You are not only selling something you don't use, you are also reusing materials and equipment, helping to promote a circular economy.

Fees

To ensure the smooth operation of the platform, to ensure that wecover the cost of the services, customer support and the security we offer, we charge a fee when a transaction happens.

  • Seller service fee: 
This fee is 4%, calculated on the indicated price in the ad. It is automatically deducted from the fee the seller receives. It includes the costs of the platform and the Pulexlab service.

  • Buyer service fee:  
This fee is 12%, calculated based on the price indicated in the ad by the seller. It is added to the price determined by the seller. It includes the transport insurance and the Pulexlab service. Remember that the shipping costs will be included in a separate invoice. If you want to know the approximate shipping cost, please contact us before making the purchase. We are working to gather everything in one payment as soon as possible.

In the event of a return, if the ad is correctly described and the buyer decides to return it, the shipping costs and the shipping costs of the return will be paid by the buyer.  If the product received by the buyer is different or has defects not mentioned in the advertisement, the seller will be responsible for these costs. This reduces the likelihood of fraudulent deliveries that differ from reality. 

In the case of laboratory furniture, a return is not possible due to the high shipping cost of these type of products.

  • What information do I need to make a transaction?
  Before you make a transaction on Pulexlab, we ask all users to provide us with certain information, such as full name, email address, phone number, payment information, VAT number, billing address and shipping address. 

  • Why are verification processes necessary?
  All the verification processes that we request from Pulexlab are to protect and improve the user experience on the platform as much as possible. The aim of these verifications is to achieve a secure and trustworthy platform so users can get the maximum benefit from it.

  • How do I pay for a product? 
  To buy a product, you need to enter the corresponding data in the payment platform (Stripe) we work with. In this way, the money of the transaction will always be safe while the purchase is being completed. Never pay for your purchases outside Pulexlab. This way you will be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Use and will not be at risk. 

  • I need help, what happens if I need to cancel a purchase?
   Cancellation is only possible as long as the shipment has not been confirmed. When you receive the e-mail with the shipping confirmation and the tracking code, there will be no possibility of cancellation. You will have a period of 15 calendar days from the purchase date to return the product, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return (explained in the Rates section).
I am a buyer, what happens if something goes wrong?
  Once the transaction has been closed and we schedule the shipment from Pulexlab, will be sent by e-mail the TNT package tracking number. This way you will know where the package is at all times.
  If TNT doesnt pick up the package, because of a wrong address, no one is there at the pick-up time, etc.  We will talking to TNT and the seller to coordinate the pick-up. 
  If the product you receive is not the one that appears in the images of the advert and you wish to return it, click on the "Dispute" button in the order, in this way Pulexlab team will analyse the case of the dispute, and will contact both to find the most appropriate solution for all the parts. We remind you that the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Likewise, the buyer's fee and part of the seller's fee will be invoiced (since the services mentioned above have been used). In this way we reduce the incidence of fraud or fake or misleading advertisements.

  • I need help, what happens if I have to make a return?
  From the moment of purchase, you have 15 calendar days to return the product, taking charge of the costs of the same (explained in the part of Rates). To make the return, you must enter your profile, click on the "Dispute" button on the order and contact us to process everything.

  • If I find another defect or malfunction of the equipment after those 15 days of return, what can I do?
   Whenever there is a purchase-sale, the use of a contract is recommended. Within this contract there is a section that talks about hidden defects. A hidden defect in the purchase-sale is: a serious defect which was not visible and could not have been known to the buyer at the time of purchase and which, once known, so diminishes the usefulness of the thing sold or renders it unfit for use that the buyer would not have bought it or would have paid less for it.
   
  • The payment has failed, what should I do?
  When you making a purchase, do not close the application and make sure you have a stable internet connection. If your payment fails, try to buy it again after an hour.  This error may be due to temporary glitches or website maintenance. If the error persists, please contact us.

  • How can I identify a potential cheater?
  In order to protect our users, Pulexlab provides technological and personal resources to fight against fraud. But it is essential for Pulexlab users to be vigilant in order to identify possible fraudsters. Here we give you some keys to detect them:
1. Profiles less than 3 days old
2. Not validated
3. No reviews
4. No items bought and sold
5. Has a strange location and does not want to use Pulexlab
6. Spelling mistakes or strange messages
7. Asked to you for a mobile phone or e-mail
8. Payment outside Pulexlab
9. Shipping outside Pulexlab

  When you make a purchase on Pulexlab, you can take some precautionary measures; for example, you can read reviews from previous buyers, always communicate through Pulexlab and pay directly on our platform. 

  • How does the shipping charge work?
  At the moment, the payment for shipping is charged on a later invoice, not directly by the platform. Therefore, in addition to the payment on the platform, an unpaid invoice with the shipping costs will be sent after completion of the transaction.

  On Pulexlab you can sell everything related to laboratory: equipment, material and furniture. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to post an ad. If you want to publish an advert and you don't find the category you need, write to us and we will add it as soon as possible.  Remember that every ad is reviewed by the Pulexlab team.

  • What information do I need to provide to make a transaction?

  • I am a seller, what happens if something goes wrong?
  Once the transaction has been closed and we program the shipment from Pulexlab, the TNT package tracking number will be sent by e-mail to both the buyer and the seller. This way you will be able to know where the package is at all times.
  In case of loss of the package, as we are insured with Mapfre, our legal team will proceed to process the incident so that you receive the product or compensatory amount.

  • What can I do to publish a good advert?
  Here are some tips to avoid misunderstandings and returns by the buyer:

1. The images and description of the product must be of high quality and exclusively to the product.
2. Assign the correct category to the product or service offered. 
3. The writing of the advertisements should be appropriate, providing the necessary information to describe the product or service offered.
4. A price that reflects the value of the product in the market. If you have any doubts on this point, you can contact the Pulexlab team.

And here's what not to do:
1. Posting the same product or service several times is not allowed.
2. Have more than one account to upload the same ads.

 Remember that each published ad is reviewed by the Pulexlab team. If we see something that can be improved, we will contact you before validating the ad.
